Data Deletion Confirmation
If you arrived here from a data deletion request (e.g., after removing SonetHub from your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, or WhatsApp account), your data has been successfully deleted from our systems.
The confirmation code in the URL can be used as proof of your deletion request. Please save it for your records.
What Data Is Deleted
When you remove SonetHub from your social media account or request data deletion, we delete:
- Your OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for that platform
- Your social media profile information stored in our system (username, display name, avatar)
- Direct messages synced from that platform to our inbox feature
- Analytics data collected from that social account
- Any platform-specific post data linked to that account
- Comments and mentions data collected from that account
- For WhatsApp: your phone number, its SHA-256 hash, and connection data
- Brand intelligence memories (extracted brand voice, visual style, preferences) associated with the disconnected account's workspace
Content you created in SonetHub (drafts, scheduled posts) and your SonetHub user account are not affected — only the data linked to the specific social platform you disconnected. Uploaded media files (images, videos, audio) that are used by posts targeting other connected accounts are retained; media files exclusively associated with the disconnected account are deleted.
Uploaded brand materials (images, PDFs, documents) submitted through the "Teach AI Your Brand" feature are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers. Only the extracted brand intelligence (saved as AI memories) persists and is deleted upon account deletion.
How to Request Full Account Deletion
To delete your entire SonetHub account and all associated data:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard and select "Delete Account"
- Or email us at info@sonethub.com with your request
Full account deletion removes all your data from our systems within 30 days, including all connected social accounts, posts, uploaded media files, analytics, conversations, AI memories, and usage data.
