Connect third-party tools like Canva to extend what the AI assistant can do.
Integrations connect SonetHub with third-party tools to extend what the AI assistant can do. Unlike social media accounts (which are used for publishing), integrations add capabilities like design creation, template management, and media export.
Manage your integrations at Settings → Integrations.
Canva
Canva is an optional integration that enables AI-powered design creation for carousel posts and other visual content.
Requirements
- A free Canva account (any plan works)
- Canva Enterprise for brand template autofill feature
Connecting
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Canva
- Authorize SonetHub to access your Canva designs
- Once connected, Canva tools become available in Chat and WhatsApp

How It Works with Carousels
- Ask the AI: "Create a carousel about 5 productivity tips"
- The AI generates structured slide content (title, body slides, CTA)
- If Canva is connected, it can render the slides using your brand templates
- Without Canva, the AI uses image generation to create simple text-on-image slides
- The finished carousel is published to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Threads
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Canva. Your Canva account and designs are not affected — only the connection to SonetHub is removed.
