Plans Overview
SonetHub offers five plans, billed monthly in EUR. Annual billing saves up to 23%. All prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT), which are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Choosing a Plan
- Free — Try SonetHub risk-free. The AI assistant has full capabilities (content generation, image creation, brand memory, web search), with 50 credits/month and up to 3 posts per day. Great for experiencing the product before committing.
- Starter — For solo creators and personal brands. Unlocks 30 posts/day, standard video and music generation, inbox replies, 2 GB storage, and 500 credits/month.
- Growth — For growing brands and small teams. Adds 2 workspaces, all video quality tiers, AI-assisted inbox replies, mention monitoring, 3 automation schedules, 90-day analytics, and basic Media Kit.
- Pro — For agencies and power users. 5 workspaces, 5 members, auto-reply inbox, 10 automation schedules, full analytics history, full Media Kit, WhatsApp access, daily digest, and report export.
- Business — For large teams and enterprises. 15 workspaces, 15 members, 30 accounts, unlimited automation, white-label Media Kit, API access, and the highest credit allocation.
Reverse Trial
New users automatically get a 14-day Pro trial — full Pro features with 2,500 credits/month. After 14 days, you switch to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Your data and accounts are safe — nothing is deleted on downgrade.
How Credits Work
SonetHub uses a unified credit system called SonetHub Credits. All AI operations consume from a single credit pool.
AI Messages
Each AI interaction (chat message, content generation, reply suggestion) costs 5 credits, regardless of how many internal steps the AI takes.
Media Generation
Media operations consume credits based on quality and duration:

Draft images are always free — use them to iterate quickly before committing credits.
Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Image analysis (asking the AI to analyze an uploaded image) costs 5 credits (it's an AI message).
Credit Packs
On any paid plan, you can purchase additional credits as one-time packs:

Bonus credits from packs are consumed first (before your monthly included credits) and never expire.

Upload counts reset at midnight UTC each day.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription or Upgrade
- Choose your plan and complete checkout via Stripe
Your new plan takes effect immediately. Credits reset to the new plan's allowance. You are charged the prorated price difference right away.
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower plan (or your trial expires), your new plan's limits are enforced immediately:
- Workspaces beyond the limit are deactivated (read-only — you can still view posts, analytics, and content, but can't publish or create new content)
- Social accounts beyond the limit are deactivated (oldest kept active)
- Automation schedules beyond the limit are paused
- Team members beyond the limit are removed from the organization
- WhatsApp is disabled if the new plan doesn't include it
- Auto-reply and daily digest preferences are turned off if the new plan doesn't include them
- Credits are reset to 0 (fresh start on the new plan)
Your data is preserved so you can pick up where you left off if you upgrade again. Deactivated workspaces and accounts are automatically reactivated and a catch-up sync runs to recover any missed messages.
If you no longer need your data, you can request full account deletion from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including posts, analytics, brand memories, social account connections, and workspace content.
Purchased credit packs (bonus credits) are never affected by plan changes — they carry over regardless of your plan.
Managing Your Subscription
From Settings, you can:
- View your current plan and credit balance
- Upgrade or downgrade between plans
- Purchase credit packs
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription (you retain access until the end of the billing period)
You can also ask the AI assistant to "check my usage" to see your current credit balance and plan details.
